The Flu Induced Ghost Adventures Marathon

Hoover and I go balls to the wall on season 25 of Ghost Adventures

Hoover and I watching Ghost Adventures

I have some advice for those that may read this, reviewing audio evidence that is full of wind and rain is not the best to do when you have the flu. While I did catch what I think is a door closing and some footsteps, falling asleep while listening to the recordings is very easy and kind of scary. Not only did I have some very strange dreams while the headphones played into my unconscious brain but at one point the recording got extremely loud, startling me awake as I threw them off of my head. I checked again, it did not get really loud. It must have been the sickness. In any case, I’m not going to review until I am over this shit.

So, my old man, Hoover and I have been catching up on the antics of Zak, Aaron and Billy on one of our favorite shows, Ghost Adventures! I don’t give a flying pigs ass what anyone thinks, I love this show. They travel to some of the most haunted places in the world, places I probably wouldn’t go unless I was paid what they’re paid. Who am I kidding? At this point, I’d do it for half.

Some of the shit they catch is incredible and I honestly couldn’t tell what I would do if I heard a disembodied voice with my own ears. Actually, I’d shit my pants, that’s what I’d do. These guys hear it, stand there and say, “What the fuck was that??” In the moment, letting everything process while standing there, in the dark, by themselves… I couldn’t even imagine. I’m still a beginner, I got some balls, I have done things most normal people will never do but I am far from the level the GAC is at.

That’s why I find it funny when some schmuck from Ohio or some hard ass from Florida says, “That show is fake, it’s all fake, they edit that after they film, they rigged the place with speakers, they think everything is a ghost.” Ghost Adventures actually go to haunted locations, they investigate some the most active places in the world! All those keyboard tough guys haven’t done a damn thing and never will because they would curl up in a ball and cry if they were sent to any of the places GAC have been.

I’ll be the first to admit they go over the top sometimes but that’s the funny part! Their faces, reaction, how shaky their voices get but that’s TV! If the show was them going to a place and catching absolutely nothing, it wouldn’t be a TV show. I know, the internet is full of people who think they know everything about everything and chances are they didn’t graduate toilet training but I know for a fact that Edinburgh Manor in Scotch Grove, Iowa is haunted. Ghost Adventures Season 11 Episode 1, My favorite episode! Got some shit to talk? BRING IT.
