Paranormal experts, HA! That’s like saying, “I’m an expert at slot machines.”, the paranormal is like gambling, one could walk into a casino for the first time in their life, put a dollar in and hit it big on the first spin or play until all the money is gone and you got bupkiss. The same goes for spirits, UFOs and Bigfoot. You could walk into a cemetery and take a few pictures of your loved ones resting place and catch a spirit in the background. Don’t be fooled by all the fancy gadgets or popularity of TV shows, hundreds of thousands of dollars go into that. All you need is the balls to do it… and a recorder. That’s all my team had and we caught evidence on our first night.

That being said, there are people with more experience. The people that run to the noise of a door closing on its own, the people who sit alone in the dark while locked in a morgue of an abandoned hospital at 3am have guts. The first investigation we were on, every horror movie I ever watched was running through my head. Each turn was terrifying, every doorway I came across had something that was going to jump out at me, but I made those turns and I walked through those doorways. Balls, patience and love for the unknown is all you need to get started.
