I realize these are not OUR experiments, I’m sure they’ve been done many times, these are our first experiences trying these things.

Technology is all over and though spirits from way back don’t know what it does, they’re curious just like humans are. It’s fine to warn them that the little orange light won’t hurt them, chances are they know that. If they don’t want to deal with stupid questions from the living they won’t interact regardless of the small light but if you can be in the room without being there physically, it may up the chances of activity. New investigators, you don’t have to do exactly what others do on TV. I use the TV shows as a starting point and adjust it to the situation, what kind of spirts are there, (Men, women, children), and past experiences in certain areas.

My team has multiple phones, Bluetooth speakers and recording devices. This experiment proved itself the first time we tried it. Connect your phone and speaker with Bluetooth, call that phone with another and make sure it’s connected. In our case, we left the phone, speaker and recorder on the men’s side of Edinburgh Manor and went to the other end of the hall on the women’s side. We started asking questions and about seven minutes in I asked, “How do you feel about being stuck here?”. Immediately, BOOM BOOM BOOM, we heard nothing from the room we were in but upon review of the recorder, a clear answer. What the answer was, I don’t know and we didn’t get any other noises from the other questions. That particular question struck a nerve and it let us know.
