I’m going back to the graveyard! That’s right, third shift! I worked the night shift for 10 years until 2015. I was laid off but they helped with getting into school, welding or CNC. I had no clue what CNC was so that’s what I chose. Turns out I’m really good at it, Computer Numerical Control, lathes and mills. I’m a machinist, my job consists of setting up, running and making sure my machine is making quality parts inside a specified tolerance. When I was working 3rd shift before, I was making less money at a place that wasn’t focused on their production employees. Still, they gave me my first job after addiction and a fresh felony on my record. I met a bunch of good people and my beautiful wife at this job.

Between 2015 and now, I started DAAM! Paranormal, have been on seven overnight investigations at Edinburgh Manor and looking to investigate more locations. All this as a day person, when I was working nights I was watching the paranormal TV shows and noticing things that didn’t happen during the day. I always felt in touch with the night, I enjoyed being the vampire, I’m not as pale and I’d sleep in a casket if it didn’t affect my love life. Now, I am embracing the paranormal and have a few tricks up my sleeve thanks to the world of machining. I’m ready to go back to the graveyard shift and connect more with the creatures of the night. Less living people, more unexplainable beings. Unseen doors open wide for the believers that are alone in the middle of the night.
