My name is Dave, I am the founder of DAAM! Paranormal. My team and I started this group because of our love for the paranormal, EVERYTHING paranormal! We like to think diffrently from everyone else, not just about ghosts but about aliens, Bigfoot, vampires, werewolves or whatever you can think of. I can’t sit here and say, “You’re crazy if you believe in Bigfoot.”, because I believe in some crazy shit. Our minds are open to anything, any adventure, any unexplained beings, from outerspace to the bottom of the deepest ocean.

I was raised in Chicago, Ill and I have lived an interesting life to say the least. Both my parents did an awesome job raising me but like most kids in a big city, I strayed off and started with drugs and alcohol, ending up with the worst of addictions, heroin. As of today, I have been clean for 17 years, I am incredibly thankful to have survived since many of my friends did not make it through the darkness of drug addiction. When I finally did stop, my first job was in a mailroom for next to minimum wage working 3rd shift, but that is where I met the love of my life.

Meet my wife, Amber. She would stand at the gates of hell with me if I asked her to. She was born in the south and moved to Iowa at a young age. She has three younger siblings that she pretty much raised herself, she’s always looking out for her family even if it means she will suffer. She’s empathic and feels everyone’s feelings, alive or dead. I am very protective of her, she will try and help anyone, even if that person did her wrong. She sees the good in everyone but when my gut says someone is toxic, it’s usually right and I will rid her of that person.

My boys are getting into the fun as well, Damien, 18, has already been on one overnight with us and Arien, 17, is getting ready for his first. Both have been on a bunch of day tours and they bring a different set of eyes, ears and feelings to the team.

I can’t wait to get on the road with these guys and explore the unexplainable.
